We do not hold non refundable deposits, therefore cancellation, rescheduling and no show policies are strictly enforced. All cancelled appointments are subject to a fee of 25% of their total service. All appointments cancelled 48 hrs or more in advance from your scheduled appointment date and time the 25% will apply to your next re scheduled appointment. All Appointments canceled Less than 48 hrs before scheduled appointment are subject to 50% of your total service fee. All appointments cancelled 24 hrs or less before scheduled appointment are subject to 100% of your total service fee. All appointments rescheduled more than once and or cancelled, fees still apply. 100% of the total service cancellation fee for any no-call no-show appointments All clients 15+ minutes late to scheduled appointment without contacting Okin hair co. are subject to cancellation or reschedule. A 100% of the total service cancellation fee applies to all NO call NO show appointments. Groupon clients must redeem voucher during scheduled appointment.
