We require non refundable deposits for all appointments from all clients. The deposit amount is 50% of your total service. This deposit is non refundable and cannot be moved to more than one rescheduled appointment date. The rescheduled appointment must be within the week of the initial appointment in order to have the deposit apply. All appointments canceling/ rescheduling within a 24 hour window of the initial appointment will forfeit the deposit and be charged the remaining 50% of the total service. All appointments cancelled/ rescheduled 24 hrs or less before scheduled appointment are subject to 100% cancellation charge of your total service fee. All clients 15 minutes or more late to scheduled appointment with or without contacting Okin hair co. are subject to cancellation or reschedule, fees apply.
